Cooling System Services
- Replace standard air filters (media filters available at additional cost)
- Provide photo documentation of old and new filters
- Tighten electrical connections
- Inspect and clean condenser coil
- Inspect evaporator coil and drain pan
- Test thermostat operation
- Inspect blower assembly
- Measure temperature difference (Delta‑T)
- Inspect electrical disconnect
- Confirm overall cooling performance
Heating System Services
