Ferrer partnered with The Peterson Companies to deliver the full plumbing scope for ResMed’s tenant interior build-out at 1415 Collins Road in Greenwood, Indiana. Work included new sanitary and domestic water systems, concrete cut and patch, upgraded drainage infrastructure, and modern water-control solutions to support a high-performance workplace. The team installed a complete suite of ADA-compliant restrooms, touchless fixtures, breakroom and specialty sinks, bottle-filling stations, emergency safety equipment, and RO water systems — all designed to meet ResMed’s operational and wellness-focused standards. From design coordination through final testing and inspection, Ferrer delivered a reliable, efficient plumbing system aligned with the needs of a global leader in sleep health.
